All you’ll need:
- Rolled oats (not steel cut — too coarse for this)
- Water or milk
- Jar or container with lid
- Spoon

To make them:
- Add as much oats to a jar as you expect to eat in a meal or two
- Cover the oats with water or milk.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours – or overnight
- Done
