New Video: Working with AI to Help People Become More Capable in the Kitchen and Beyond

Gotta’ Eat is one of three interconnected sites that address the three primary pillars of overall wellbeing:

  • What we eat (Gotta’ Eat, Can’t Cook)
  • How much we move our bodies – and do it safely, especially on the road (Breitz!)
  • How we manage life’s constant changes (Fused Spirit, especially regarding technological integration)

Most importantly, all three sites share one purpose: helping people become more capable as technology becomes more capable. This 30-second video explains why.

Gotta’ Eat, Can’t Cook has never been just about sharing recipes. It’s about giving people the tools to become more capable and more confident in their own kitchens.

Through sustained human–AI collaboration, we can now do that in ways that were not previously practical. That means meeting people exactly where they are—one by one—and providing practical guidance tailored to their skill level, dietary or medical needs, and personal goals.

Next up: Ever have a piece of eggshell accidentally fall into a bowl of raw eggs? It happens to everyone, regardless of skill level. I’ll show you an easy trick for removing it.
