The key is warming the water only enough to get the tea bags to steep effectively and then getting the tea in the refrigerator to cool as quickly as possible.

Regarding flavor, though you’ll see four tea bags of the same flavor in the ingredients picture below above, you can always add variety by mixing different flavored teas. I do that more often than not. Great stuff!
